Shipping Policy

Randazzo’s Camellia City Bakery offers shipping within the continental United States. Please give us a call at 985-781-CAKE (2253) if you are interested in shipping a king cake internationally.

Due to the nature of baked goods and the commitment to our product, these shipping policies are structured to ensure that you receive the most delicious and freshest king cake directly from our bakery.

• We are not responsible for any delays in delivery or a non-delivered package, due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.
• Once your king cake order is placed, if there are any subsequent changes to the recipient address because incorrect recipient information was supplied to us by the customer, there will be an additional change of delivery fee of $15.00 charged to the customer. This change of address correction may result in a delay of delivery to the package.  
• Neither Randazzo’s Camellia City Bakery nor our shipping provider UPS are responsible for delay in the delivery of the package due to any of the following: weather related delays, plane delays, airport closures, or incorrect information supplied to us by the customer. Notice of a non-delivered package must be made within 7 days of original delivery date.
• Randazzo’s Camellia City Bakery is not responsible for packages that are deemed undeliverable by UPS because UPS could not obtain a new/correct delivery address for the recipient. 
• UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs, or FPOs. Our king cake shipping prices include overnight delivery. There are additional shipping fees when sending to Alaska and Hawaii.
• If you live in a UPS designated rural area, overnight delivery cannot be guaranteed. Please check with your nearest UPS shipping center for details.

Cancellation Policy: there will be a $10.00 service fee for any shipping order that is cancelled.
