What type of packaging do you ship your king cakes in?
Randazzo’s Camellia City Bakery is the only king cake bakery that invented and patented our specially designed medium king cake shipping container. Instead of using the “plastic bag and card board” approach, our exclusive container was designed to keep your king cake safe and fresh while making its trip from our bakery to your doorstep! (This does not include any holiday shapes or Fleur de Lis king cakes, which cannot fit inside of the container.)
When shipping a king cake, does the price listed include shipping charges?
Yes, when ordering a king cake with us, there are no hidden fees. The prices listed include delivery, and any complementary packaging. Note: if you live in a UPS designated rural area, overnight delivery cannot be guaranteed. Please check with your nearest UPS shipping center for details. View our shipping policies.
Can the king cake package be guaranteed?
Please note that due to the coronavirus and heavy volume among all of the shipping companies, there might be a slight delay in the specified delivery date you requested. UPS has changed their shipping policy and waived certain arrival date guarantees. It is due to this, that we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date or time. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time!
Do you deliver on Saturdays?
We are currently not delivering packages on Saturday.
How do I place a corporate / high volume order?
Corporate and high volume requests are reserved for orders of 50 king cakes or more. We are pleased to also offer special pricing on these orders. To place your corporate / high volume order, please email us at [email protected].
Shipping addresses should be supplied to Randazzo's in a .csv format via email to [email protected].
